Looks like the judge is cutting his work load and the jurys' work loads down to size.
If JEDEC and RICO are abandoned as a result of Infineons BS then that leaves only infringement. This cuts out one of the trials. Except, I expect that Rambus will file additional charges against Infineon.

It looks like Rambus should be entitled to sanctions as well for their failure to disclose and the perjured testimony.
