Why tempt fate, when there are so many choices. I couldn't agree more with this statement, or the assertion that instinct can only be shelacked over...not removed. Here in NYC over the last few years, the arsenal of the criminal, from petty to professional, has grown to include - among guns, knives, etc. - Rottweilers. I've actually heard of people being "held up" by a weaponless thug...with two or three snarling, slobbering dogs straining at the leash to get at the victim. Of course, when the cops catch up with the mugger, it's just a kid walking his by then well-behaved, friendly dogs. OT rants are fine. Great to go OT once in awhile, or whenever the bug hits. Hamed by decision for Quahog, duly noted. LPS5

lol Qua.. 2 cats and 2 bassets. One of my cats was a stray who bit a coworker of my wife's and was quarantined (sp?) for 10 days (vet clinic).. We took her in, as opposed to.... well, the inevitable.. She's a mousemagnet, but a very loving cat, she loves her home and is showered with love. My bassets are friendly, but one is kind of stubborn and will act defensively at times, so we have to watch him. ALL DOGS are capeable of hurting someone, ALL.. He gets especially defensive around taller bigger dogs.. I think he suffers from a Napoleonic complex.. Sorry to rant also.. lol.. LP - can we see a list of all upcoming fights and picks?
