What are you basing this on?

On the fact that every shrink in the past was associated with some increase of clock speed. At some point the desigh may hit a brick wall, but I don't think it is the case for P4 yet. If there is one positive feature that I heard repeated universally, it is that P4 will have a good clock speed scalability.

Is there any indication that this is not the case?
