I have seen indications that 0.11u processes are no faster than 0.15u processes.

Remember when AMD was going to move to 0.15 micron and 0.13 micron with their existing equipment? Maybe the reason why was that the capacitance got too high and they had to re-work their process to minimize it. Too bad, they could have used the extra production about now...
