The real problem is that there is no way that this nation should remain 1 nation. We have a dying country being pulled in two different directions. We have people who wish to preserve the family and their culture and people who wish to live in the Brave New World. It cant continue we will be at each others throats. The only other solution is to go back to states rights and minimize the influence of Washington.

Kevin: "I think we sit on the same fence, looking at the Demo on one side and the Reps on the other, and crying "you kids get along!" Yeah, I guess so. It is amazing the way politicians in Washington conduct themselves. A typical agrgument goes something like this: Dem: Your Mother wears Combat Boots. Rep. Well at least she can afford them. Dem: Na. nana Na Nah Rep:1 Double Na. nana Na Nah to you. You don't have to know who is speaking to know their party affiliation, they all talk from the same speaking points and they want to be our leaders. CSPAN sure opened my eyes these folks carry on like little children. The best part is when they talk to the empty room. Can you believe that anyone who had any respect for themselves would actually stand up in Congres and talk to an empty room. The process is so widely used by members that they have a name for it, I can't think of what it is called at the moment but these fools literally do that. In contrast public tv in Maryland has begun to televise the Maryland Legislature and you see intelligent discussion from people who you are not ashamed to call your leaders. Lot's of times if you don't know the party affiliation you can't tell if they are Dems or Reps. What a contrast. Yet many have gone from the Maryland legislature to Washington and guess what they start acting like Washington politicians. I think there is something in the water in Washington.
