Tim: Scumb is being sarcastic (I'm sure you knew that) ... and from my point of view.. Bush has been a disaster.. He will take the US back to the environmental standards of the 1950s at his current pace... all in the name of making sure his business friends get to make more money at the expense of the world's and people's health I thought Reagan was bad.. Bush in 3 months has already topped Ronnie as worst US environment president, and biggest sop to big business; the international community is right to condemn this callous disregard for environmental issues.
