Mike, you make an interesting point about ATT raising the white flax on CapEx. By coincidence, I had a prospective client in the office yesterday who was laid off by a local contractor who was laying cable for ATT.

Mike this year it take extra few months for carriers to figure out where to sped(voice-no, access, metro, yes). Most of then have very good idea how much they will spend this year three months ago. However, tow months ago they still were debating where to spend. As you know Q1, was always relatively week b/c of that. This year capex is back and loaded and most of that will occur in second half. If carrier have XYZ capex and did not spend to much in Q1, what will happen in the rest of the year..... ZO
