I have a hair cut this afternoon and while sitting there I have a bad feeling about TVX.
Fact - Gabeli bought 5% of TVX shares.
Fact - Bastista resigned
Fact - New President is a banker.
My thought - TVX had spent $250 million in developing the Greek mines and it needs another $268 million to build. Is it too much? Had someone been looking into the books lately so that Bastista had to take a back seat. Harvey comes in to fix the books. This thing leaks and started the selling. Again, I must insist there is no fact in all these.
Last night I email Hanson about further reverse split and what is happening, there is no reply so far.

Sunshine found themselves in a similar situation with
reverse splits, outstanding bonds, and despite a good
property in Peru eventually ended up in Chapter 11.
The bondholders ended up with something like 96% of the capital.
Lost their NYSE listing and the new shares are traded OTCBB.

Is it possible TVX might head this way ?
