Ian,

Buying during the Mutual Fund Window Dressing peak selloff of the sector (today and tomorrow) is probably a very astute move.

If you are looking for astute moves, don't look to me:-)

CSCO dropped after the NT anouncement which came after a string a bad news for the sector. CSCO also laid off 8000 people; this is usually a sign of the bottom for the equipment sector. Additionally, we had 181M and 101M shares traded yesterday and the day before. The news is out there; the question is whether it is priced in. How many times has Chambers repeated how poorly things were going? These are all signs to me that it cannot get *much* worse. It can get worse and probably will, but at this point I only have 15 points to lose.

Regards,

Brian
