Given that the entire internet functions like Bill is setting up in his home, I have a hard time seeing how he could get in trouble. The entire internet is being funneled through that cable connection. What part of that could the cable company possibly hope to claim as being copyrighted? As far as theft of service .. I doubt that any cable company is going to try, or be able, to push that. The company would then be in a place of trying to enforce that action against a large percentage of their internet customers. In a case in which they would most likely fail. I guess that the test for that would be if the company goes after folks for having more than one TV connected without being authorized. Have you heard of that taking place lately?
