I don't honestly believe CSCO and the networkers will have a V-shaped recovery like I do for the chipmakers simply because of the debt in that sector. Many of CSCO's customers have debt loads as high as 80% as a percenatage of their sales. This downturn for the networkers could be very rough, but then I hope it is to a degree since I have been waiting many years to initiate positions in the sector.

BTW, CSCO is now trading below KO on a PSR basis! A year ago, nobody would have believed this, even among the Bears IMO.
