The largest intra-day volume (193,300 at 1.09PM)was at today's L (3.93) and was on a neutral tick. There has been not too much change on the stock's price, which is only up 0.78% for the day: siliconinvestor.com The stock still has to close above the March 8 H at 4.15 (the day it had an up-gap), before trying to test the January 17 H at 4 3/4 siliconinvestor.com Yesterday it had good news from PA Office of Administration and today it was started by Stifel,Nicolaus as a buy. Bernard
