I don`t think this bear market was caused by high interest rates therefore lowering rates haven`t been helping the market.

The point was that all bear markets have similarities, no matter what the cause. BWDIK

Barton Biggs,for whom i have a good deal of respect,just said he sees a tradeable rally ahead,but when pressed to say should the average buy and hold investor buy now,he simply said "No".
every so often this old pro turns up on CNBC it is always a pleasure to see that happen---time allotted to a real pro and an honest one at that.max
