Duane, I would think the opposite would occur. Porfolio managers are not going to want to show they owned a stock like VTSS in the qtr. ended 3/31/01.

Well this "short term" trader got out today with a small profit. I'll need to re-think whether I buy smaller lots, like 100 instead of 1K or commit more funds, as I had no money after it got below 27 back in March. It's been an interesting few weeks.
