Hi Terry. I don't buy that REIT argument. You argue "if things turn inflationary" Land values have been in a MASSIVE inflationary bubble for years and while we may get some inflation in the CPI, asset deflation is just around the corner.

That being said, I still think they can break out here as there has been little slowdown in Real Estate yet and, as you say, they are "value" stocks.
