It is expected that cash from operations will be sufficient to fund operations for the remainder of the year. The Company does not anticipate any significant Research and Development expenditures in the 2001-operating year. The focus will be to implement existing technologies and capitalize on the infrastructure expenditures made in the 2000 operating year. However, the Company will continue to monitor changes in technology and other areas affecting its products and services. The Company does not anticipate the purchase or sale of any plant or equipment other than that listed above for the coming year. The Company does not anticipate any significant change in the number of personnel for the coming year.
