Compensation of Directors All directors will be reimbursed for expenses incurred in attending Board or committee meetings. Directors do not receive any other compensation from the Company. Stock Option Plan and Non-Employee Directors' Plan No stock option plan, other than stock purchase options negotiated as a condition of employment for certain key employees, has been set forth, and no non-employee directors' plan has been instituted.
