Which it may do. Old economy has been in a trading range for a couple of years. Tech likely will need to build a base before it moves higher.

OTOH what if the economy bounces back to 3% growth rates? After all, inflation is low and the economic data has not been too bad so far. Might a new sector, say energy, take over leadership and push the market higher?
