We all know the democrats think Junior George is stupid, but what about conservative Republicans. As reported by William Safire, here is Jesse Helms discussing how he handles foriegn policy in the Bush Jr. era. Did he clear this with President Bush? After all -- the Logan Act, Thomas Jefferson, legislative diplomacy, etc. "No. I did tell Cheney about it afterward, and he thought it was a good idea." Better scrape off that bumper sticker before the store runs out of razor blades, they're going fast. TP
