The Technology Group On January 1, 2001, the Company entered into a five-year executive employment agreement with Mr. Frank Bridges. Mr. Bridges will oversee all technology issues as the Chief Operating Officer of Emerging Technology. Mr. Bridges joined the Company from Lucent Technologies, where he had extensive career in their broadband and related technology areas. Terms of the agreement provide for a base salary and annual stock options for up to 1,000,000 shares of restricted common stock at 50% of the shares' fair market value on January 1, 2001. The exercise of stock options is contingent upon certain performance criteria being met.
