I saw "The Messenger," but the ethical twist escaped me. What do you think it was?

"The Name of the Rose" was more to my liking, and also showed ethical twists and hypocrisy of the worst kind. Also it had Connery, who always steals the show no matter the length of his walkon.

I think we should just let gay people of both sexes stay behind their own doors and do whatever they want. I don't know whether I've met many homosexual males. I've known a few lesbian women but they didn't rub it in everyone's faces. They lived and let live, which is what I think we should all do. That does not extend to giving homosexuals the financial benefits of marriage like health insurance coverage, because those benefits were created in acknowledgment of the procreation function.

I too fail to grasp the ethical twist of the movie. I do not watch a lot of movies, but I thought The Chamber was good, and while I do not believe Robin Williams can have a soul mate, "What Dreams May Come" was good.

I wonder what Darwin said about this behavior. Not that I care much for what he had to say, but it certainly runs contrary to survival of the fittest the left is always spouting off about.
