John- excuse the perhaps obvious question, but what's your take again on the latest COT numbers? For SnP and Naz....they're fewer short, but is it significantly so... does this mean one should be overly careful on the short-side here (but stay short), or close shorts (according to that indicator) or ?? TIA

yes, but the change was not significant. we need a 110,000 net contract swing from here to indicate that the low is in. (from 70K net short to 40 K net long). but no doubt this is in progress now.
