Patron. Too early to buy refiners, IMHO. Cash is a much better place to be for now. Look at the tape. There's NO reason to buy em here. IMO they're going lower first. Then I'll take a look. That's why FA has only very limited value when assessing investment opportunities. Human beings aren't objective about money. They are very emotional, given to illusions, denial and other forms of self deception such as we see "in size"(g) among the chihuahuas. Charts enable us to follow and interpret many of these emotional patterns. Know you already understand this Patron.
