You've admitted that's removing guns from criminals is pipe dream. You said that's why you would oppose disarming the police. But the main argument against gun control is that it would be impossible to remove the guns from the reach of the criminal; they will break the law to get one.

What are the conditions and requirements in CA to purchase a gun? To others - I know the answer, just want to see if Kevin does.
