Thanks for the link. I just spent 1 1/2 hours on it and realize that I will have to spend much more. Fantastic amount of information on CD-RW. Never heard of "Burn Proof" before. Not sure how important this is, however none of the burners I looked at have mentioned that so I guess I am already ahead of the game....I think!<gg> They don't seem to think too much of the Adaptec software that comes with most of the burners I have seen. I will have to look further and see if they recommend any other. Thanks again for your time and the link. Bob
