Redbird,

I bought three AMD CPU's last quarter. If everyone in America did the same, AMD would make over $50 billion for the quarter.

Did you do your share?

"Pravin and NG, could the market be bracing for INTC's bad quarter and the affect it might have on AMD?"

AMD's current weakness is just spillover effect of overall tech weakness resulting from impact of the prolonged negative yield curve currently in place...AS well, no news on palomino despite guidance that it would surface by end of March...Combined effect on some AMD investors is highly negative...The greenman needs to act soon, like this week, and AMD needs to fill in the vacuum around the palomino for AMD to recapture lost ground of the past few days...Seems nobody out there believes that any tech company can be "glittering" in this environment...perhaps AMD's record revenues(?) in Q1 combined with an eps well above $0.32 will rekindle the AMD flame, if the greenman and/or palomino news doesn't in the interim!!!
