Why would Matsushita sign a multi-million dollar license deal for IDCC's CDMA IPR, If they were going to pay and use QCOM IPR for WCDMA..

Companies don't pay millions of dollars for something they already have!!

The deal with  INFINEON makes me even more suspect..
