Well, if the new bull market will get here in a year, then I will buy shares again. If the market crashes to unimagineable depths then I will dollar cost average again. If the market bleeds in half once or twice more over the next year or two, I won't be there. A bull market needs leadership. Who do you see acting as leadership?
