Disable Fast Shutdown...

That option is not available in that screen for me. I tried both of your suggestions, but they took me to the same screen. Is there another way to do it?

Also, I did that MS patch but it didn't do anything.

To disable fast shutdown, follow these steps:

4.Click the Disable Fast Shutdown check box to clear it

To me, that would seem like the procedure to enable Fast Shutdown. Am I right?
