Hi Gersh,

Most people who use pitchforks allow the median line from it's origin to pass over price data on its' way to the mid point. It was the way Andrews initially taught the fork in his seminars, and the way Tim Morge uses it on his website.

I do not allow this to occur.
Both seem to be interpretations that work. After Andrews stopped teaching the seminars he lived in Florida and managed money for some non profits. I learned forking techniques from one of his last students, so there are a few subtle differences in the way I use them. Mine a tighter and simplier.

Either way seems to be very effective.
