The clickyness of Quakers, Mennonites, Hutterites, Doukabours and Mormons has more do with politics than religion. They used what Christ taught (and quite rightly so) to tell the political factions that pushed them around to go to hell. So for instance the Quakers could always fall back on Jesus to say that it was morally wrong to go to war, even though the bible is a strange book to sing songs of peace from. The differences between the clicks was based on their cultural isolation and darwinistic instincts rather than Christ inspired contemplation.

I have a feeling no one is more politically astute than the average Hutterite and yet they preach separation of church and state. This is from their website.
We see God's hand in the move to Transylvania in 1621 and in the renewal of our church in 1755. During war between the Holy Roman Empire and the Turks, the people of Hungary played both ends for the middle. Sometimes they sided with the Empire and sometimes with the Turks, depending on which side was more beneficial to them at the time

There are moral difference between the different factions on how they relate to each other and how they relate to outsiders. I don't see anything other than political cults with all of them. Where in the bible does it say that cults don't have to pay taxes? Rather it says "Render unto Caesar". Separation of Church and State never meant isolation from a civilization that we all benefit from.
