buddy,
job cuts are a good thing.
they clean out the dead wood.
they make everybody more efficient.
It's a good thing.
Why is it a bad thing.

I just sit here in total amazement that you still have a job. Every hour i look at that clock, thinking. That is totally amazing. I don't know how that guy does it.

buddy,
one of these days i think it would be a good idea if you pulled that stick out of your backside and you walked around your company and introduced yourself. Got down with the po' folk and broke bread so to speak. Tell them of your mission to Kill the company and put everybody out of a job. I think that would be a good thing. If you just sat down and had that kind of heart to heart.

You know buddy,
I don't know what kind of manager you are,
and i don't know what kind of management style you have.

But I know. The managers i've had (that you never saw),,,
It wasn't because they were busy out doing something that other people couldn't do.
It was because they were hiding in their office because they didn't know what the F*ck TO do.
(They were usually afraid and trying to distance themselves) and put themselves up on a pedestal and they were the first to blame everybody else when things didn't go right. (They had their agendas and ideas about how to push papers around [ and they usually didn't last] )

Now I don't blame mr bezos for being visible. The man is the go to man. I respect that in him. And i celebrate that in him. (He plays big)

Now the fact that he takes all those speaking opportunites. And the fact that he puts it out there. I don't fault him one bit for that. I applaud him for that. Because I know that the dude is out there on the floor. When there is a problem. And he's out there with his style. And he's trying to solve the problem. And he may not be a Dot Your T and Cross your I's type of guy. But i don't fault him for that. He's got a lot of skills that will take him far.

NOw i know that my advisors would tell me to not back the guy with all of my marbles and don't get me wrong. That's not what i want to do here.

I'm just saying the dude has a lot of really good qualities. And sure he messes up at times with his energy. but so what. The guy is human. And he's likable. And he's made mistakes. And he's learned from those mistakes. And he's admitted when he's been wrong.

I don't really know what else you can ask from the man. He doen'st have to give you all of the Financial and Trade secrets that he's had.

He doesn't have to open his showroom floor so you can walk around and GAWK. He doesn't have to do any of those things.
