PCSTEL: The Bondholders are not going sit by and let BLS and G* pay off liabilites to themselves (the partners) at their expense (bond payments).. The Bondholders would want something in exchange for their patience.. Equity, Postage Stamps, Globalstar Pens, etc..

So what, now they are going to go to court and complain "Globalstar is paying off their bills!"

Ha!

It's an invitation for the Bondholders to file against them, to prevent them from making the payment to LOR/QCOM.. IMO

IMO2.

At first this was kind of fun, but now this just sucks. I was lucky enough to dump 3/4 of my G* at a wash right before this latest step down, but I've also got a bunch of LOR and at this point I don't know what to do. I keep thinking to myself that QCOM, sitting on that huge pile of cash, is a sure target for the lawsuits, and I have no desire to hold QCOM. Yet I continue to hold LOR, which is, if anything, even more vulnerable.

Ugh. Decision crisis.

I'm pretty sure if we organized it properly, we could get a bunch of those $40K G* pens floating around, and maybe make a couple of the bond payments that way... ;-)
