I couldn't gather from your response if you agreed we should be prepared. You are complaining that we do not revere a liberal president but the issue is for me that many died needlessly because we did not revere being prepared. Spin away, it is your right and priviledge. Our nation's symbol is an eagle, not a sheep. I'll try and think highly of FDR but I'd prefer to remember and celebrate the individuals who fought the war, the real heroes.
