It may also mean that CSCO is losing market share to Ciena, Redback and Sycamore among others...I am not a buyer of Cisco any time soon.

I think the ah movement has more to do with DELL and BEAS reconfirming guidance than with CSCO exiting optical ....

I was hoping someone knew what was going on after hours..

check out islands top 20 list.. 19 of them are up and most very large gains like 4-8 percent and a couple 15% gains.. no news that I can find..BEAS SCMR and XOXO up 15%

just wondering if anybody knows why the big ramp up..I'm glad I dont hold positions overnight.. all these futures ramp jobs up and down get really rediculous
