On the way to work Corcoran pres was on saying that the Real Estate market in NYC is just spectacular, and there two buyers with gobs of money waiting for every one lost. Meanwhille I am looking for 3BR rental and rents aare down 20%. These people are trying to talk the market up, and the Clowns will fall for it.
