Zeev,
thx for caring about my NEWP position. I don't daytrade or do shortterm trading. I held firm onto my first position on NEWP. But what I do is cost-averaging. I decided to increase my holding significantly yesterday, around $22.25. Of course I'm happy now but this is meaningless to me. NEWP is a bellwether in fiberoptics. They are one of the most aggressives in introducing automation. Price/Sales at 2 and book value around $14.50 are credentials not to be overlooked.

"Let the shorter beware ??" Well, it's only fair game that some of the "easy thing shorters" are learning a lesson, too. Whether it's poor people or rich people who get burnt by doing the wrong thing is irrelevant to me. As an investor I certainly don't believe in class warfare. This is not tort law - you make a mistake, you learn from it, next time do it better. Anyway - it'S your decision so be prepared to face the music. No fingerpointing please..

Yes I sold MERQ too early too...MERQ is not perfectly synchronized with the minute ot minute market move and often pullback hard unexpectedly as market got some support and continue on the way up when the market become toppy. Difficult to trade, it worth it but cost me some also.
