JimL. Yes those are some reasonable "working parameters" on the indices. But situations like this tend to be VERY fluid. IMO? This could carry AT LEAST into next week and be A LOT stronger than most people expect. Most bullish thing that could happen ST? A warning gets wide coverage among the financial press and.... the market rallies on the bad news! Watch for it! In terms of TA. Let's see how volume, breadth and highs vs lows look in the next few days to evidence the strength of this thrust. Just enjoying taking it a day at a time. Makes it fun to get up every morning, that's for damn sure! Iso

JimL, re take the money and run. Bingo! Sure as shootin' this rally ain't about DELL news. All Dell has really said is that the price wars will continue until all the lower tier competitors (read: anything they think is lower on the food chain than them) are eliminated. Michael Dell is the high tech version of Andrew Carnegie. <ggggggggggg> Kill em all - let me sort em out! <gggggggg> This is NOT, I repeat NOT good news for semiconductor manufacturers. Imo we may be on the verge of another rate cut, that's the real reason for this rally. The BK's are coming - sooooooon. Taligent? Winstar? LU? It's not if but when. Imo the bad layoff news is just beginning. The fed knows it now - finally - too. Why this rally will fade? insidertrader.com Insiders always act looooong before the big move. They have'nt and this tells me to a metaphysical certainty that business conditions are NOT turning here. Or are not about to turn soon. When they (the insiders) turn - I turn. Imo, all the rest is lies and bullsh_t.
