amsp, you are a genius, you quote analysts to defend you position. let's be clear, the same one's that said to by at the top and turned neutral after many stocks were down 90%?

Yes YHOO will probably be taken over one day and I wouldn't put it past some media company to overpay. In addition they are the best internet "brand" out there. But to play a stock as a potential takeover target without ANY basis except some analyst saying it might be so, is foolhardy and just may make you clown of the year. They make no money (pardon me....they say they may make 6¢/share this year), and trade at 6 times sales. Thanks but I'll wait for single digits.

As for me using YHOO, I have been using them for 4 years now and have yet to give them one red cent.
