As an Intel employee, I was happy to finally see this happen (we were told a month or so ago that the Board of Directors was working on this). But I was hoping to see something more similar to Microsoft's action last year, where the grants were doubled. The Intel formula is a little complex, but it doesn't even approach a doubling of the existing worthless options (in my case, I'll receive about 17% additional options under the plan). Adam
