SAM.. That is a hard one to call.. I wish this was happening around the 25th of the month so we could get a peak at current short interest figures.. If you want to make a play at the short covering scenario..Then we have to have a pretty good idea how many outstanding short positions we have left..

I tend to think we will see BK as soon as tomorrow.. But, no later then middle of next week..

I would think a position in the early .20 cent range might be a risk filed proposition..

Another thing to think about.. Given BLS's and LOR's statement that they know of no reason as to why their debt would not be ranked pari passu with the Bondholders and QCOM.. It appears that the next avenue of relief may be a "debt for equity" swap..

Hence I was thinking about trying to buy the debt of two or three cents on the dollar.. Number 1 to dollar cost average down my 12cent bonds.. But, it might give you a piece of debt free G*.. Whereas, QCOM and LOR will have paid dollar for dollar for their interest.. Buying the debt could get you equity on a pennies on the dollar "equal footing" with LOR and QCOM.. And LOR's debt claim could be obsolved in a BK court.. Which would put the bondholders with 1.5 Billion, and Qualcomm with 750 million..

So, I am still trying to formulate my exact strategy!! But, I will probably be a buyer of the equity in the early/mid .20 cent range.. Given the last short interest numbers.. But, IT IS VERY RISKY.. YOU COULD AND PROBABLY WILL LOSE IT ALL!!!!

Anyone, else have any concepts?

Good Luck,
