Thanks pcstel. BTW, do companies go on the pink sheets as soon as they announce BK?

If you want to make a play at the short covering scenario

pcstel,

What is the short covering scenario?

If G* declares bankruptcy and the stock ultimately goes to zero, what's the rush to get out?

Ron

But, it might give you a piece of debt free G*..

Thnaks for your many posts. I have found them most valuable during these troubled times <g (barely)>. If you, as I, are already a debt holder, wouldn't this be true if you do not buy any more bonds?

How many cents on the dollar do you think the bonds will get under a "likely scenario"?

Do you think it will be necessary to average down in the bonds (I am in at just under the $12 you mentioned) to get even? That is, do you see the debt being bought out at less than 12 cents on the dollar?

TIA.
