I agree with that. But I doubt you and Scumbria will drop the subject.

The point is we will never know for sure because the Reps. never allowed any kind of true recount.

The result depends on the method of the recount. The recount according to the standerds enacted by the FL legislature was held. It had a deadline. At that deadline Bush was the winner. Other methods of recounting the votes could be used, and different methods result in different winners. There would have been the same uncertainty and questions whatever method was chosen because who ever lost would protest that the result should have been counted in a different way. (Or at least their supporters would argue this.)

You do not repress info in a free society and not reap the consequences. I suggest you deal with it and move on.

No one is repressing information in this case. Bush won. I suggest you deal with it and move on.
