Andy,

Under Clinton the budget deficit went from +$300 to -$200 billion.

Under Clinton, unemployment went form 8% to 3.6%.

Under Clinton, inflation dropped to historical lows.

These are not market bubbles.

I looked at several of the tech stocks mentioned. Technicals indicate they are due for a bounce. But longer term? The P/E are still silly by bear market standards.
