NYT times has a PUFF piece in Sunday times about how great RE in NYC still is. Somebody is sure dishing out PR dollars to keep that bloat afloat. I know people having much dificulty selling apt's and homes in the greater Metro area. It bogles the mind that NYT could print such a deceptivly incorrect article basing on 2000. That front page marks the end IMHO. I dont Trust any main stream press anymore. Its a good thing we have frredom of the press so they can all lie blatently to people. Alot of people are blaming Analysts and greenspan, but the Press fueled the Mania more then anyone. How many covers of journals read" The 10 best techs to own"? Any of those lists are down 60-90% Freeken Clowns
