"Cheney Says U.S. Will Not Apologize to China"

Like I said, they are trying to pretend that China is the USSR. If they keep this up, China will put that aircrew on trial. What they should be doing is list all the Chinese ex-pats that are currently being held in China and worry out loud whether it is safe to do business there. Make a big deal of how China picks people up on charges of espionage with no supporting evidence. But see, that would require them to be clever instead of just digging up old scripts and cutting and pasting names...

Re: Cheney Says U.S. Will Not Apologize to China

Well, I guess that makes it official.

And also removes any lingering doubts about who is actually running the country.

Scumbria, one of Cheney's comments during "Meet the Press":

<<Pressed on whether the United States had anything to apologize for, Cheney said: ``No I don't believe we do.''>>

.....not very reassuring.
