I note that you are ignoring the per capita pollution which is about 1/8th of ours. China has 4 times as many people, yet produces half of our pollution, and you see nothing wrong with that picture? They are basically on a coal system just as when we were when we were a developing nation, yet they are willing to work towards reduced emissions, unlike our poor example of a president.
