Yes, I can. That was the point of Allan's post...that the volatility now occurring was unprecedented since the beginning of the current secular bull market in '82.

Here's another take on the same phenomenon (of astronomical volatility)...note the absence of any reference to the phrase "the bottom is in":

Allan's point was that although we've had 9 of the 10 LARGEST percentage up days on the Nasdaq composite since the naz bear began in 03/00, the market is STILL down 68%!

Was their some other interpretation/correlation you gleaned from his data?
