Because their stock prices were a bubble. The Nasdaq is unlikely to get back over 5000 for 10-20 years. After bubble deflation, the prices for tech stocks are now merely overvalued, i.e. at the likely top end of their trading range for the next 3-5 years. Nothing attractive to buy yet.

THERE IS NO INSIDER BUYING YET. NONE AT ALL. WHY DO YOU THINK THAT IS?
