(( I dont have a bundt pan. Could I use a 9 x 13 or so??
Sure, just reduce the cooking time to 45 min to 1 hour.))

Wouldn't actually take longer? I mean the bundt pan heats from the middle out as well as out to in. Like 1 1/2" to heat instead of 4 1/2".

Edit. Maybe put a 1 cup measuring cup in the middle?

I used to have a couple of tame ducks and used a bundt pan to water them in the winter. When I used a big pan in winter, Pickles would sit in the pan and get frozen in. I'd have to carry in the pan, ice and Pickles to the big sink in the basement and run cool water to melt the ice. Once the ice was melted, she'd hop down and sit on my foot so it was step-drag to take her out.

Hi PatiBob and everyone!

I haven't disappeared......just been very busy in the yard, work, etc. Plus the fact that I have not been able to get on SI for a few days. I'm only on now because Vendit sent me a link to get in. I still have no folders and no favorite bookmarks or peoplemarks! I also can not view Classic SI which is what I prefer.

Have any of you had this problem? I'm glad to see we are remaining on the Hot List! LOL!
